Using heat transfer and fabric markers, create your own customized shoes inspired by the Sporting Fashion: Outdoor Girls 1800-1960 exhibition.

Following a look at the exhibition to gather inspiration, students will return to the studio and learn how to create designs using heat transfer vinyl and fabric markers.

This workshop, led by Instructor Niki English, features color mixing, creating your own patterns, and applying the design to the shoes.

Students will leave the class with a decorated pair of shoes. Please bring your own pair of white canvas sneakers, all other materials are provided.
